Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a positive and professional image. You will assist clients with inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to client inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.
  • Work closely with team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and order processing.
  • Engage in training and development programs to improve service skills.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and feedback.
  • Report on customer interactions and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate
  • Certificate or Diploma in Customer Service or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM Software (Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot)
Soft Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Problem-solving Skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Fluency in additional language(s): Ability to communicate in one or more additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in retail or hospitality industries: Prior experience in fast-paced customer-facing roles is advantageous.
