Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Support Representative to join our Pretoria team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings.
  • Record details of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work closely with other teams to improve overall customer experience.
  • Assist with maintaining the customer service knowledge base.
  • Promote customer loyalty by providing excellent service.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role
