Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Contract Negotiation Specialist to oversee contract management and negotiations. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of contractual law and strong negotiation skills, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of contract negotiation and implementation.
  • Work closely with legal counsel to prepare and analyze contracts.
  • Liaise with clients and vendors to negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Conduct training for staff on contract management procedures.
  • Review and resolve contractual disputes, escalating when necessary.
  • Participate in strategic meetings to align contracts with business goals.
  • Prepare reports on contract status and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Law, Administration, or related discipline
  • Master's degree or MBA is an advantage

  • 5+ years of experience in a contracts specialist role
