Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing exceptional support to our clients, and ensuring that their IT infrastructure runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in hardware, software, and networking with a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support tickets via email, phone, and chat.
  • Diagnose technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Create and maintain support documentation and FAQs.
  • Work closely with vendors when necessary to resolve issues.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing issues and updates.
  • Contribute to team knowledge-sharing sessions.

Advantageous

  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM): Experience in managing and supporting mobile devices in a corporate environment.
