Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers resolve their issues effectively. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant customer service training or certification is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role
