Job Description

We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Manager in Cape Town who will be responsible for developing and implementing effective e-commerce strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid foundation in digital marketing to boost our online visibility and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage the e-commerce marketing calendar to align with promotional activities.
  • Analyze customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the finance team to monitor revenue and expenses related to the e-commerce operations.
  • Optimize product listings for better visibility on search engines.
  • Evaluate and improve the return policies and customer service protocols.
  • Facilitate collaboration between various departments to achieve e-commerce goals.
  • Create engaging content for the website and social media channels.
  • Report on e-commerce metrics and performance to senior management.
  • Explore new e-commerce technologies and tools to implement across the platform.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or online retail
