We are seeking a proactive Retail Manager to oversee operations at our Pretoria store. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail management, aiming to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective management.
• Create a welcoming in-store environment, ensuring excellent customer experience.
• Manage promotional campaigns and assess their effectiveness post-implementation.
• Collaborate with district management to execute national initiatives.
• Oversee the upkeep of store presentation and cleanliness.
• Ensure adherence to loss prevention policies, minimizing shrinkage.
• Engage with customers and build lasting relationships to promote loyalty.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Business Management or Retail
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in retail or team management
