• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

• Quality Control Knowledge of quality control standards and practices.
• Leadership Proven leadership skills to manage a diverse team.
• Communication Excellent communication skills for effective team management.

• Six Sigma Green Belt
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• English (Fluent)
