Job Description

As a Factory Operations Manager, you will lead our manufacturing efforts, focusing on quality control, staff management, and process improvements. This position requires an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to drive operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the factory team to consistently achieve production goals.
  • Establish production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Negotiate with vendors for supply agreements and materials procurement.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the factory.
  • Drive initiatives for lean manufacturing and waste reduction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
  • Additional certifications in production management preferred
