Responsibilities

• Lead design review meetings and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure all designs are cost-effective and sustainable.
• Oversee testing and evaluation of prototypes and systems.
• Develop project documentation, including specifications and test plans.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality assurance.
• Implement improvements to existing products to enhance performance and usability.
• Manage project resources and allocate tasks effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
• Utilize simulation tools for design analysis and optimization.
• Assist in the training and development of junior engineering staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical engineering roles
