Rigger

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rigger to join our team. The Rigger will be responsible for setting up and maintaining rigging equipment for various projects. The successful candidate must have excellent technical knowledge in rigging techniques and safety practices, along with physical stamina and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations regarding rigging.
• Setup and dismantle rigging structures based on project requirements.
• Handle lifting and positioning equipment such as cranes and hoists carefully.
• Ensure the correct application of rigging techniques during the loading and securing processes.
• Coordinate with construction teams to align rigging operations with site activities.
• Document all rigging tasks performed and maintain logs for quality assurance.
• Spot and resolve rigging-related complications as they arise.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on all rigging tools and machinery.
• Assist in developing training plans for entry-level riggers.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Rigging or a similar field
• Valid and current rigging license

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant rigging experience
