Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative pharmaceutical products, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and providing valuable product information. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a strong presence in the healthcare community.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships and track interactions.
  • Understand and communicate regulatory standards relevant to pharmaceutical products.
  • Facilitate training and informational sessions for medical staff.
  • Evaluate customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
  • Contribute to product launch strategies and execution.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Attend continuous training to stay abreast of pharmaceutical regulations and product knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or healthcare-related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role
