Responsibilities

• Review and process insurance applications and claims.
• Analyze risk factors and recommend adjustments to policies.
• Work closely with brokers to explain underwriting decisions.
• Conduct field visits to assess risk levels and conditions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and agents.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings.
• Assist in developing new insurance products.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in insurance underwriting
