As an Internal Auditor in Cape Town, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's financial health. Your tasks will include evaluating financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preparing detailed audit reports. Responsibilities

• Assess risks and develop audit plans that ensure effective coverage of audit areas.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes for auditing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
• Facilitate training sessions for teams on compliance and internal controls.
• Assist with external audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
• Perform ad-hoc audits as requested by management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (CISA, CIA, or similar) is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in auditing or relevant financial role
