Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist who will handle the daily HR functions, support employee relations, and implement HR policies in Sandton. The ideal candidate will promote a positive work environment and manage recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment campaigns and participate in sourcing candidates.
  • Engage with employees to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff development.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Administer payroll and benefits management.
  • Establish effective communication channels for HR news.
  • Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Assist in developing HR budgets and forecasts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
