Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and implement HR strategies across our organization in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing employee engagement, spearheading talent acquisition efforts, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role requires a proactive approach to resolving employee relations issues and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage HR budget and resource allocation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with staff regarding policies.
  • Partner with external agencies for recruitment and training needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Engage with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Represent the company in HR forums and networking events.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
