Job Description

We are searching for a Learning and Development Specialist who is passionate about employee training and skill development. You will design, implement, and assess training programs that elevate our team's performance and engagement. A successful candidate will have a strong foundation in adult learning principles and experience in creating effective training materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for training sessions, ensuring all resources are available.
• Implement strategies for employee retention and performance improvement through targeted training efforts.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support individual development plans.
• Provide support to line managers in conducting training and development discussions.
• Track and analyze training metrics to measure ROI and impact on business performance.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Human Resources or Training and Development
• Relevant HR certification is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a training capacity or similar role
