Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
• Evaluate financial performance and identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate with tax advisors for regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Assist in grant and funding applications – wherever applicable.
• Evaluate and recommend accounting software upgrades.
• Prepare and analyze financial forecasts.
• Conduct risk assessments related to financial processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Master's degree or relevant certification is advantageous

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
