Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our Bloemfontein team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement in our services. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate cross-functionally to achieve client goals.

Responsibilities

  • Establish KPIs for client success and develop strategies to track and improve those metrics.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the business to ensure all departments understand their role in client success.
  • Engage with clients via multiple channels, including meetings, calls, and emails, to maintain strong communication.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities and support contract renewals.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and tools to enhance customer experience.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to stay ahead in customer success strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Customer Relationship Management or a related field
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 4 years experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within technology or services
