Job Description

We are in search of a Customer Support Representative who is enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to assisting clients with their inquiries and resolving their concerns efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving, helping to enhance our customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries with efficiency and empathy.
  • Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction levels.
  • Document and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Proactively reach out to customers for feedback.
  • Utilize our support tools efficiently to track and manage requests.
  • Ensure all communications are compliant with company standards.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • Higher certificate or diploma in a relevant field is preferable
Experience
  • 3 years of experience in customer support or similar field

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Bilingual capabilities: Fluency in Afrikaans or another official South African language is a plus.
