Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Learning and Development Specialist. Your main focus will be to create training programs that foster employee development and enhance performance. You will leverage your expertise to assess training effectiveness and contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning initiatives while engaging with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps within the organization.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs and materials.
• Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions for employees.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to align training with business objectives.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning through innovative learning solutions.
• Utilize various instructional techniques to enhance learning experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate relevant learning strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a L&D or training role

Technical Skills

• Instructional Design
• eLearning Platforms

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Facilitation

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• ATD Master Trainer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS): Experience with popular LMS platforms to manage training sessions.
• Knowledge of blended learning techniques: Proficient in creating blended learning solutions that include both in-person and online training.
