Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with talent management and succession planning.
• Provide guidance on employee benefits and compensation.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and report findings.
• Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
• Ensure HR compliance with local legislation.
• Implement health and safety policies in the workplace.
• Support organizational development initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant field

Experience

• Minimum 4 years experience in HR, with some exposure to employee relations

Technical Skills

• Performance Management Systems

Languages

• English: Fluent
