Job Description

We are seeking a passionate psychologist to join our team in Pretoria. In this role, you will provide therapeutic support and guidance to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and facilitate supportive therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose psychological conditions.
  • Design and implement effective treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide individual therapy and monitor client progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve integrated care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.
  • Deliver mental health workshops and seminars for community members.
  • Support clients in developing coping mechanisms for stress and anxiety.
  • Facilitate therapeutic groups focused on support and recovery.
  • Advocate for mental health resources within the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Experience in community mental health settings is preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years' experience in a relevant role
