Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation by coordinating administrative tasks, managing budgets, and liaising with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality according to healthcare regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning for administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate schedules for clinical staff and manage appointment bookings.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate staff training and development programs.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
  • Handle patient inquiries and complaints effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare administration
