We are on the lookout for a passionate Architect to join our vibrant team in Stellenbosch. You will play a pivotal role in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing structures. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed drawings and specifications using design software.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information.
• Work closely with builders and contractors during project execution.
• Research and incorporate new materials and construction methods.
• Document all phases of architectural projects for compliance and future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Urban Planning is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• CAD Software
• BIM Software

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
