Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs regularly.

• Ensure compliance with sanitation and health regulations in nursing practice.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuous education programs.
• Advocate for patients' needs and preferences in treatment decisions.
• Engage in effective communication with team members and patients.
• Support new nursing staff in their orientation and training.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• BSc in Nursing is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS): Certification in advanced cardiac support for critical care situations.
