We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated healthcare team in Pretoria. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating patients, managing their care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of services.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and compile comprehensive health histories.
• Offer diagnosis and treatment plans for various health conditions.
• Manage chronic illnesses and coordinate care with specialists.
• Provide education on disease prevention and health promotion.
• Document patient information accurately and manage patient records.
• Ensure adherence to protocols regarding patient care and safety.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure efficacy of treatments.
• Liaise with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with administrative duties as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Nursing Practice License

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a direct patient care role.
