Job Description

As a Retail Manager in Durban, you will oversee the daily operations of our store. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring a fantastic customer experience. Excellent leadership and a passion for retail are key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store management including staff, inventory, and budget.
• Drive sales performance through strategic planning and effective execution.
• Foster a positive shopping environment for customers.
• Manage and schedule staff work hours and assignments.
• Ensure store policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Engage in promotional activities and community events to increase store visibility.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Utilize customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.

• Understanding of Retail KPIs: Ability to analyze and act on key performance indicators for stores.
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Strong communication skills in both languages are advantageous.
