We are on the hunt for a skilled IT Support Technician to join our growing team! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing help desk queries, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring the overall functionality of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve IT-related problems efficiently.
Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely responses.
Perform daily monitoring of system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Assist in training new employees on IT systems and policies.
Review and update existing IT procedures and documentation.
Provide support for mobile devices and remote access solutions.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and upgrades.
Assist in maintaining cybersecurity protocols and procedures.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss improvements.
Evaluate new software tools and technologies for potential incorporation.
Requirements
Education
Certificate in IT or related field
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred

3+ years of IT support experience
