Job Description

As a Wax Pumper, you will be responsible for managing and operating wax pumping equipment in various industrial settings. Your role will ensure the efficient and safe transfer of wax from production areas to storage tanks or transportation containers.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled maintenance tasks for pumping equipment.
• Train and mentor new team members on operational protocols.
• Evaluate potential risks in the working environment and take proactive measures.
• Prepare reports on performance metrics and maintenance schedules.
• Implement improvements in the wax transfer processes based on findings.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Ensure consistent quality of the wax being processed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors on any operational challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical diploma in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in the petrochemical industry is a plus.
