Job Description

As a Financial Analyst in Cape Town, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to guide strategic decisions. This includes forecasting trends and advising on budget allocations to optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Analyze market trends to provide financial advice.
• Facilitate financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Prepare financial presentations for management review.
• Analyze variances and maintain accurate financial forecasts.
• Support financial compliance and regulations.
• Perform profitability analysis on existing and potential products.
• Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Professional certification such as CFA or ACCA is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
