Job Description

We are seeking an HR Manager to lead our human resources department in managing talent acquisition, employee development, and compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing workplace culture and ensuring employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent management and succession planning efforts.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
  • Provide support to HR team members and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Ensure a high level of adherence to company values and workplace standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate diploma in HR Management is preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in a managerial HR position
