Job Description

Join our team as an HR Generalist in Cape Town, where you will be responsible for a variety of HR activities. This role involves collaborating with management to implement HR policies, support employee engagement initiatives, and improve overall workforce effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies and execution.
  • Engage with employees to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Implement training programs that fulfill organisational needs.
  • Assist in the development of company culture and employee engagement programs.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to align strategy with business objectives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data for improvements.
  • Manage payroll processing and compliance with local laws.
  • Collaborate with management on workforce planning and development.
  • Organize and lead employee wellness programs.
  • Maintain HR documentation and ensure confidentiality.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
  • Master's degree in HR Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
