Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager, you will manage all aspects of our restaurant’s operations from hiring and training staff to inventory management and financial performance. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can uphold our standards of excellence and drive our restaurant forward in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the restaurant team in achieving service excellence.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses and community leaders.
  • Encourage and implement customer feedback into service protocols.
  • Manage restaurant finances, payroll, and expense reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is recommended
  • Certification in Restaurant Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
