Responsibilities

• Create promotional displays to drive traffic and sales.
• Manage conflict resolution among staff and customers.
• Collaborate with regional management on strategic initiatives.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and budgets.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within retail
