Job Description

As an Accountant, you will oversee financial transactions, analyze financial data, and prepare monthly reports. This position is suited for an individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for number crunching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bookkeeping duties and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare year-end financial statements for audits.
• Lead efforts to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance.
• Assist in financial decision-making by compiling financial analysis.
• Support internal controls implementation and maintenance.
• Mentor and train junior accounting staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• ERP Software Proficiency

Certifications

• Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
