Job Description

We seek dedicated Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to manage and operate specialized machinery in our manufacturing process. Ideal candidates will have experience in operating machinery and a keen attention to detail to ensure quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machine functions during the production process.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and notify supervisors of any issues.
• Assist in the training and development of junior team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
• Select appropriate machinery settings based on the job specifications.
• Work with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and audits of machinery.
• Maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal operations.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate
• Relevant technical diploma or degree preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a machine operating role

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation
• Safety Standards Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
