Job Description

We are seeking a qualified General Practitioner (GP) to join our dedicated team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions. You will provide patient-centered care and work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions in patients.
  • Facilitate routine check-ups and preventative health screenings.
  • Guide patients in lifestyle changes to improve health outcomes.
  • Work closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
  • Document interactions and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Perform minor surgical procedures as required.
  • Assist with case management and follow-up care.
  • Engage in professional development activities.
  • Implement evidence-based practices for optimal healthcare delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • MBChB or equivalent medical degree
  • Postgraduate qualification in General Practice is an advantage
