Job Description

We are seeking a qualified General Practitioner (GP) to join our dedicated team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions. You will provide patient-centered care and work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and triage healthcare needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and follow-up strategies.
• Communicate with patients about their health status and treatment options.
• Participate in preventive care and wellness programs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
• Train and mentor junior medical staff as needed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage in research activities to contribute to healthcare advancements.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Postgraduate qualification in General Practice is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in a clinical setting
