Job Description

As an HR Generalist in Pretoria, you will be crucial in shaping our HR practices. Your responsibilities will include managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with legislation, and supporting initiatives that enhance our company culture. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job design and candidate screening.
  • Implement training and development programs for staff.
  • Support performance management processes and talent development strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees regarding HR-related matters.
  • Create and update employee handbooks and HR documentation.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Honours degree is an advantage
