Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer support queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with product information, order statuses, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and provide feedback on service improvements.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and complaints.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
