Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and challenges, advocating for them within the organization. Your goal will be to develop tailored strategies that drive customer engagement and success, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and act as their advocate within the company.
  • Develop tailored success plans based on customer goals and needs.
  • Monitor customer health scores and proactively address issues.
  • Coordinate with product teams to relay customer feedback and enhance product offerings.
  • Organize customer feedback sessions to gain insights on product improvements.
  • Drive customer adoption of our solutions and services.
  • Foster a culture of customer-centric values and behaviors across the organization.
  • Prepare for and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree in Business or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or client relations
