Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Customer Support Solutions, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. We are looking for a dynamic individual who possesses the ability to communicate effectively and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume of customer calls and messages efficiently.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to relevant departments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Capture customer feedback to inform service improvements.
  • Assist in product promotions and sales where appropriate.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Customer Service or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or support
