Job Description

Seeking an empathetic Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping others. Your role will include conducting individual and group therapy, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with other health professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.
  • Perform therapeutic evaluations to identify client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with family members and caregivers to provide holistic support.
  • Engage in reflective supervision to enhance personal and professional growth.
  • Attend workshops and continuously update knowledge on mental health trends.
  • Provide referrals to other services as necessary.
  • Engage in advocacy efforts to promote mental health resources.
  • Conduct follow-ups to assess ongoing client support and needs.
  • Create informative materials for client education.
  • Participate in program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related discipline
  • Higher qualification in Counseling is preferred

  • 2+ years in mental health settings
