Pharmacy Technician

Job Description

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will assist pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Dispense, pack, and label medications accurately.
• Conduct medication reconciliation and adherence checks.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities.
• Support the pharmacist in managing pharmacy operations.
• Participate in inventory audits and maintain stock levels.
• Assist with prescription refills and insurance verifications.
• Ensure that all procedures adhere to the regulatory standards.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Pharmacy
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of pharmacy experience preferred
