Job Description

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing logistics operations to enhance efficiency and ensure high-quality service delivery. Your role will involve coordinating transportation, inventory, and warehousing, while liaising with various stakeholders to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning of incoming and outgoing logistics activities.
  • Negotiate contracts with transport companies and service providers.
  • Ensure all logistics processes are followed and improved upon as necessary.
  • Support training and development of junior logistics staff.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders and delivery timelines.
  • Perform regular audits of logistics operations to identify areas of risk.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
