Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Establish work schedules and ensure adequate resources are allocated to each phase.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Work closely with procurement to secure materials at best prices.
• Facilitate communication between all teams involved in the project.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and compliance with contracts.
• Generate detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CM) are preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in the construction industry in a management role
