As a Switchboard Operator Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the switchboard team to ensure efficient communication within our organization. This role involves supervising switchboard operators, managing incoming and outgoing calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications with supervisory experience preferable.
