Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to lead our efforts in strengthening customer relationships in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. Your focus will be on customer satisfaction, retention, and enabling the success of each client.

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and long-term loyalty.
  • Work cross-functionally to launch new services and solutions that benefit customers.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases and resource materials for clients.
  • Monitor customer health scores and proactively address issues before they escalate.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles
