Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You will provide assistance in resolving inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Field all customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the support system.
  • Assist in the development of customer support documentation.
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer queries.
  • Promote loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma, with preference for higher education
  • Certificate in Customer Care or related course is valuable
Experience
  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus
