Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage recruitment initiatives and onboarding processes.
  • Assist in the development of employee training and development plans.
  • Manage employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Support initiatives aimed at promoting a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
