We are seeking an experienced Payroll Systems Consultant to join our Pretoria office. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing payroll systems and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Your expertise will help optimise our payroll processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll system upgrades and ensure smooth transitions.
• Provide expert guidance on payroll processes and compliance.
• Ensure accurate data entry and management of payroll records.
• Communicate effectively with employees regarding payroll queries.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects aimed at improving payroll efficiency.
• Support the integration of payroll systems with other business functions.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information at all times.
• Prepare and present payroll statistics to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Accounting
• Certification in Payroll Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in payroll consultancy
